A. In person to apply :

• Personal Identification Document (e.g. a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport)
• A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement)
• Bank Proof (A Hong Kong licensed bank´s account information such as bank account name and bank account number)

B. By mail to apply :

• Complete and return the Account Opening Form together with all supporting documents to Customer Service Department, PC Securities Limited, 11/F, Lee Garden Five, 18 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay

• (1) Personal Identification Document (e.g. a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport)
• (2) A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement)
• (3) Bank Proof (A Hong Kong licensed bank´s account information such as bank account name and bank account number)

Client should deliver to PC Securities Limited a cheque issued by the client and drawn on clients account with a licensed bank in Hong Kong and the cheque:

- Should be of amount not less than HK$ 10,000
- Should bear Client´s name as shown in this identity document
- Should pay to "PC SECURITIES LIMITED - CLIENT ACCOUNT"
- Should be with the same signature(s) as shown on the Account Opening Form, client´s account will not be activated until the cheque is cleared

• Complete and return the Account Opening Form together with all supporting documents to Customer Service Department, PC Securities Limited, 11/F, Lee Garden Five, 18 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay

• (1) Certified True Copy of Personal Identification Document (e.g. a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport)
• (2) A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement)
• (3) Bank Proof (A Hong Kong licensed bank´s account information such as bank account name and bank account number）

Note: the signing of the account opening documents and sighting of related identity documents should be certified by any other licensed or registered person, an affiliate of a licensed or registered person, a JP (Justice of the Peace), or a professional person such as a branch manager of a bank, certified public accountant, lawyer, notary public or chartered secretary.
